Sure, be curious and mindful of what is causing it.
More often than you think, it's caused by something completely normal and safe. Something that you just have to go through to get closer to where you were going — to get better and grow.
Of course, it can be caused by something actually harmful. But even then, it's not the pain that's harmful; it's whatever is causing it.
Someone once told me that pain is just a message from your body to your brain that you are hit... but still able to continue.
You have to decide whether you should.
I can't answer it for you.
But we probably give up too soon, too often.
